 One of the most common sources of water intrusion is improperly sealed windows and doors.

We specialize in addressing this problem, repairing any present rot and installing the window or door with the proper materials to effectively exclude water.

 With our framing background, we are able to install from scratch or give a complete new look to an existing structure, following building codes and ensuring the proper fastening of all components for the peace of mind of our customers.

We install siding and other types of cladding. 

One of our favorite materials to work with is fiber cement siding because of its aesthetics.

 Often we find ourselves with the option of doing framing repair from the inside, this way we can keep the exterior pristine and some times avoid bigger costs. 

 We have also worked with rot underneath homes. First we remove some flooring, then replace what is rotten with the proper pressure treated wood, and install the flooring back. 

What better way to transform an old opening than with top quality wood, to give it a completely new and luxurious look.
